How does TeamShotsPro pricing work for a team?
Each seat band has its own rate: the first 4 seats cost $29.99 each, and seats 5–24 cost $23.99 each. Earlier seats keep their original rate. Each seat includes 8 photos. Self-service checkout supports total teams through 199 seats; contact sales for 200+.
Can I buy a single seat?
The initial team purchase requires at least 2 seats. Existing paid teams can add a single seat while remaining within the self-service limit. If you only need personal portraits, see Portreya’s paid packs.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
The current Terms allow a refund request within 14 days of your initial paid transaction, subject to the stated conditions and abuse exception. Contact support with your transaction ID. This does not guarantee a particular likeness or style result.
Is this the same as an individual AI headshot app?
TeamShotsPro provides paid team seats, invitations and company styling. Available controls depend on the selected package and admin settings. Portreya offers paid packs for personal portraits.
What if something goes wrong with the results?
Each paid seat includes 8 photos, with 1 included Improve per generated photo. For technical failures that prevent delivery, contact support; replacement credits follow the Terms. New company accounts can evaluate 3 branded test photos before purchasing. Those test photos do not include commercial-use rights.
How quickly do we get the photos?
Processing time varies with the selected workflow, queue and any requested improvements. The app shows progress. Allow time to review the results before using them.
What photo requirements are there?
One clear selfie of the person is enough. Additional source photos are optional. Use good lighting and a clear view of the face; the app checks whether an upload can be used.
Will all team photos look consistent?
A shared company style helps coordinate the team’s photos. Available choices and locked settings depend on the package and admin setup. Results can vary, so review each image before publishing it.
Can I add more seats later?
Yes. An existing paid team can add seats. Only the added seats are charged, using the graduated bands for the resulting total team size. Self-service checkout supports totals through 199; contact sales for 200+.
What happens to unused credits?
Purchased photo credits do not expire. Image storage and deletion follow the Privacy Policy; download the files you want to keep.
